In this 4-week Sustainable Weight Loss course, I will teach you how to finally lose that stubborn body fat and keep it off for good - all in a sustainable way that allows you to still enjoy your life to the full - even without giving up carbs, alcohol, or having to count Sins or points.

No more hoping and wishing! Over the 4 weeks, you will learn how to create your own non-negotiable habits which will enable you to get in the best shape possible without giving up your social life.

That being said, this course requires effort! There are no shortcuts! I will empower you with the knowledge, but it is your responsibility to show up and take action to complete the challenges I set for you.

Each week there will be a group session. This session features a mixture of exercise and lifestyle coaching. You will need to bring some form of note-taking for the coaching segment. You will also be added to an online group forum, in which you will find all the habit and lifestyle education along with your weekly accountability challenges.
