Are you feeling inspired to take up running this year, but don't know where to start? Have you struggled with running on your own?
Well this is the perfect course for you!
You don't need to be super fit, this is for complete beginners and ex-runners looking for a refresher and some motivation.
Your expert running coach, Clare Molyneux, will help you train to run a 5k in this 8 week programme. Prepare to surprised yourself, as you WILL be able to achieve it.
The walk-run-walk-run system gets your body used to running and with a little bit of practice in between sessions you will soon find that you're doing a lot more running than walking.
Technique analysis and tuition is a key part of the course and sessions are designed to give you a running style that will keep you running injury free.
You will finish the course with the technique and structure to become a confident RUNNER.
It is the perfect time of year to get your running started and the support and encouragement of the group will make all the difference - go on, you know you can do it!
- This course will start on Thursday 25th January 2024 and end on Thursday 14th March 2024.
- It will start at 9:30am and finish at approximately 10:30am.
