Boxing for Fitness course

Boxing is one of the best workouts you can give your body and mind. This course will take the aggressive nature away from the sport whilst helping you beat away the day’s stresses, one punch at a time! Whether you’re looking to learn the technique, self defence or simply find a new release, boxing for fitness is a great option for any age and ability.

Over 6 weeks you will be taken through the principles of movement, attack and defence. Each week will be centred around pad-work drills and work on the bags.

There will be no sparring. No-one gets hit and the style of the sessions are so that you can experience training like a boxer but in a non threatening environment.

This course is entirely mixed ability, no previous experience required and is open to everybody.

Please note: due to the bank holiday weekend we will be skipping one week and continuing through until 6th September.

  • It will start at 6:15pm and finish at approximately 7:15pm.
