Loaded with adrenaline and stress, most of us can easily accelerate from 0-60 in a heartbeat. But do you know how to decelerate from 60-0 effectively without crashing? This workshop breaks down the mechanics of "down-regulation".

Learn how to breathe correctly and self-massage. You will un-bind muscular tension, relieve anxiety, and enter a profound state of relaxation. Body by Breath workshop gives you access to the myelinated vagus doorways that subdue sympathetic arousal and enlarge your tolerance capacity for parasympathy.

Learn self-sedative movement and breathing strategies drawn from self-myofascial release. You will un-bind the muscles of respiration. Recovery is maximised by uncovering and re-patterning chronic stress (known and unknown) in your diaphragm and respiratory muscles.

Also very beneficial for those recovering from covid or other respiratory conditions, as we will be working on strengthening the lungs to improve efficiency and capacity.
