Fit For Golf is a four-week course designed to help you move, swing, and perform like the golfer you’ve always wanted to be. By improving your body’s mobility, strength, and speed, you’ll unlock more power and consistency, while protecting yourself from injury.

- This course will start on Tuesday 18th November 2025 and end on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
- It will start at 4:45pm and finish at approximately 5:45pm.

- It is priced at £90 per person (or £70 for members of New Energy Fitness).
