Fit For Golf is a four-week course designed to help you move, swing, and perform like the golfer you've always wanted to be. By improving your body's mobility, strength, and speed, you'll unlock more power and consistency, while protecting yourself from injury.Led by Stuart, an avid golfer himself.

This isn't just another practice session. It's an investment in the physical foundation of your game that will pay off every time you step on the course.

Within the course, Stuart will utilise the TPI app to guide participants through two distinct screening sessions: a general movement assessment and a power screening. These assessments generate personalised exercise recommendations, targeting specific areas for improvement. Each participant will have access to their own profile within the app, allowing them to view their results and track the exercises designed to enhance their performance.



Each week, you'll focus on a key area that directly impacts your golf performance:

Week One: Foundations for Power and Efficiency.

Learn how to harness the ground, use proper sequencing, and warm up like a pro.

Week Two: Mobility and Strength.

Discover how flexibility and strength affect your swing and how to restore what's been lost.

Week Three: Speed and Explosiveness.

Discover how to use speed safely with specialised drills and plyometrics.

Week Four: Integration with your Golf Game.

Bring it all together and learn how to apply it on the course with your PGA professional.

  • This course will start on Tuesday 18th November 2025 and end on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
  • It will start at 4:45pm and finish at approximately 5:45pm.

  • It is priced at £90 per person (or £70 for members of New Energy Fitness).
