Sport has always played a major role in Helen's life, as a team player she excelled in Netball, Hockey and Rugby. Helen spent many years living overseas, where she began her PT journey after having three children, with a main focus on Functional Fitness.
Activities
Helen loves keeping fit & working out with lots of body weight resistance training - but now helps her maturing body by adding yoga into her routine. Helen also enjoys walking the dog, skiing and generally making everyone around her feel good about themselves!

Helen's client portfolio is diverse, spanning all generations. She has a special interest in Women's Health & Fitness - having just completed a Menopause for Athletes course. Helen takes a very personal approach to her work. Her sessions are well planned and delivered specifically to suit your personal goals and needs. Whilst they are of course challenging, they are guaranteed to leave you with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
