I’m a keen runner and cyclist with a love for endurance challenges, such as cycling from John O’Groats to Land’s End. I know first hand how demanding these sports can be, which is why I focus on strength training that supports performance, build stamina and resilience, and increases enjoyment.
As a personal trainer, I take a methodical, patient approach to help you build the kind of strength that enhances your sport, whether that means running a faster 10K, riding longer distances, or simply feeling more confident and capable in your body. My goal is to help you train smart, stay injury-free, and enjoy the process.
