Are you struggling to progress with weight lifting, or perhaps you've seen others lifting in the gym and don't feel confident to try it?
The most common barrier to accessing the benefits of weightlifting is lacking the confidence and knowledge to try it. After all, barbells can be intimidating and a little awkward to move around!
This course is perfect for beginner through to intermediate lifters who want to perfect their technique for squats, deadlifts, overhead press and barbell rows. You will also learn specific mobility exercises to prepare your body for each lift, as well as some supporting movements and how to progress them to create a safe and smooth pathway to your lifting goals.
