Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, our coaches accommodate all abilities, provided you are injury free. You will find a welcoming group and you may surprise yourself with just how much you can do!

How much does it cost?

You can book these sessions with Fitness Credits which you can purchase by clicking below. The price varies depending on how many you buy and if you are a member, you get huge discounts on the price. Your first session is FREE.

Do I need to commit every week?

You can attend as much or as little as you want. However if you want to achieve maximum results from this programme, we recommend attending three times per week.

How do I book?

Once you have bought class credits, you can book by clicking the button below to go straight to our timetable. You don't need to be a member, these sessions are available to everyone.

The classes are an amazing addition to the gym. The classes give you a PT feel but in a group setting which I find keeps me more accountable when I train. The classes have great energy and the trainers are constantly advising or challenging us during the session. I always leave feeling like I've smashed a good workout with a bunch of fab people! I always look forward to my next class!

I’ve done a few of the move and lift classes and am definitely enjoying them and the 7am class times work well for me. I like that there’s a balance of exercises in each class, as in we’ll work on legs in the move class and then more on upper body for the lift class the next day. I like the sled push, that’s a new one for me and good to push myself.
