Description
Whether returning from a lay off due to injury, or looking to maintain game-readiness in the off season, or looking for that extra edge in performance; this gravity based course will up your game.
Focusing on dynamic movement patterns andamp; multi-limb coordination; this course is designed to build andamp; maintain the strength, endurance and stability required for both team and individual sports. Each week will be a fully body workout tailored to your individual ability level, allowing you to challenge yourself at the right rate for YOU.
