Are you losing distance? Feeling stiff and sore after the round? Learn how to swing your swing more efficiently and with less strain on your body.
Fit For Golf is an introductory four-week course on fitness for golf. Looking at how it can benefit your swing mechanics and longevity in the game. Each week, we will dive deeper into the rabbit hole of the correlation between fitness and your ability to swing the club efficiently.
- Introduction to using the ground, the kinematic sequence and dynamic warm-ups
- Mobility (flexibility and strength), understanding your body's strengths, weaknesses and capabilities and how that affects your swing. How to regain mobility.
- Speed drills (SIT training), plyometrics and strength.
- Putting it all together and working with your PGA professional.

- This course will start on Tuesday 9th September 2025 and end on Tuesday 30th September 2025.
- It will start at 10:30am and finish at approximately 11:30am.
