Description
Build strength, sculpt your frame and feel confident in the gym with this four-week free weights course.
Expect to increase muscle mass, coordination, and resilience to injury by learning gold-standard strength movements such as the squat, row, and press.
What to expect:
- Session One: Lower Body (Post. Chain)
- Session Two: Upper Body (Pull)
- Session Three: Lower Body (Ant. Chain)
- Session Four: Upper Body (Push)
By learning the foundations of strength, you will be fully equipped to use the gym independently, excel in classes, and stay injury-free.
