Join our 8-week beginner friendly running course and confidently reach your 5k goal!

Whether you are brand new to running or looking to build a solid foundation, this programme will guide you every step of the way. Using a run-walk system, you'll gradually build endurance, and with a bit of practice between our sessions, you'll soon find yourself running more and walking less!

  • It will start at 7:30am and finish at approximately 8:30am.

  • It is priced at £90 per person (or £70 for members of New Energy Fitness).
