Background
Coaching various sports from kayaking to hockey for over 10 years, alongside competing to a high standard personally. More recently moving to coaching individuals towards achieving both sport specific, fitness and lifestyle related goals.
Activities
Taking part in team based sports such as hockey, alongside a keen passion for the outdoors. If not competing on the pitch, Adam will more than likely be found surfing or skiing.
Bio
Adams main focus for his clients is building an approach to health and fitness that is both consistent and sustainable. He strongly believes that the hardest part of changing habits and adopting a healthier lifestyle is initiating the change. As a result his goal led approach aims to look at how small adjustments can be made to incrementally improve fitness rather than yo-yo'ing between health and lack thereof. Whether it is a sport/specific event focus, or looking to make long lasting changes to your health, Adam is here to support you on your journey.
