Profile

Hi, I’m Adam - a sports focused personal trainer specialising in lower limb rehabilitation work, youth athletes and consistent, sustainable training methods that work around your busy lifestyle. I’ve spent the last 15+ years as a team sports coach working with a multitude of athletes from participation through to elite performance pathway standard. Alongside this I also work with individuals both sporting & otherwise helping them on their rehab journey post injury, whether an ACL repair or degenerative wear and tear issues within the legs.


What I Offer

My approach to training is data-led with a key focus on consistency of process and results. Being able to track improvement is such a key part of maintaining motivation and driving accountability. It is at the core of the sessions and programmes I provide. Alongside offering 1-2-1 sessions on a regular/semi regular basis; I also provide both online & hybrid training programmes using app-based software for those individuals that can make it to the gym themselves, but need extra guidance/direction in their training, or want another level of oversight/accountability to keep them on track.
