Bio
Clare has a fully holistic approach to health & wellness and, with a client base aged from 12-85 firmly believes that age is just a number! Motivating, supportive and loving the detail that makes the difference, Clare will coach you all the way on your individual pathway to health. You’ll be positively challenged and have a lot of fun along the way.
