I have been in the fitness industry for 4 years providing one-to-one in person, online, and group sessions. I am a firm believer that fitness should be about how you feel and perform not just in the gym, but in life itself. When I work with clients, I want to ensure that our sessions help you towards your goals, but also positively translate into your day to day lives. Whether that is enabling you to carry your kids to bed, spend all day gardening pain free or moving daily with energy and joy.
I have worked with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and with different starting points and abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner, needing guidance working around injury, pre/post-natal or preparing for an event, I want to find the approach that works best for you, your goals, and your lifestyle. I believe there is no 'one-way' to exercise and finding something you enjoy and can stick to is the key to long-term success.
