Hi, i'm Lily! I completed my training with premier global international back in 2016. I am a REPS registered fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer, level 3 pre/post natal trainer, gravity group trainer and Keiser trained spin instructor. After 5 years in the fitness industry I had to take a break and put my all effort and strength into beating stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma (blood cancer). I have had it confirmed by my oncologist that the level of fitness and health I went into my battle with is the reason I coped so well with chemotherapy (physically and mentally) and how I have managed to recover so quickly post treatment. With this in mind I am unimaginably passionate about inspiring and motivating others on their fitness journeys. My classes are open to everyone and anyone, I cater my classes to suit all fitness levels, injuries, illnesses, pre/post natal and more. I look forward to seeing you soon, Lily
