What is it?
Taking place in the gym and led by a Personal Trainer - this is a beginner-friendly group session to get started with exercise, or a gentle way to find your way back to it after a lengthy break
What are the benefits of the class?
You will gain confidence in working out in a group and learn what the gym is all about through bodyweight, cardio and resistance exercises.
How hard will it be?
It is designed for beginners, with the benefit of being in a small-group, so that the trainer can adapt the exercise to your needs.
