Background
Having completed a BSc in Exercise Physiology & a Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, my combined background means I have a 360 degree view on my clients health and wellbeing. This allows me to deliver a service that provides real results to help you reach your goals.
Activities
You will often see me training to improve my strength in the gym, but I am no stranger to our Yoga Studio where I balance my intensity with optimal recovery.
Bio
I believe that both strength and flexibility are key for a strong pain free life. I enjoy intense weightlifting sessions, complemented with recovery and restoration. I love engaging with lots of physical activities like hiking, surfing, skiing and other sports and aim to stay strong to do this deep into later life.
